1 Introduction & Acceptance

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bat2888 may at any time request identity verification documents from a player, including a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC/NICOP), a recent utility bill for address verification, and/or documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bat2888 login credentials — your username and password. bat2888 will not be held liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from your failure to keep your account details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bat2888 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support.

3.2 Account Dormancy

A bat2888 account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bat2888 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of 200 PKR against any dormant account balance. bat2888 will notify you by email before any inactivity fees are applied and will provide you with an opportunity to reactivate your account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bat2888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcome. Remaining balances will be paid out to your registered payment method following identity verification, provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bat2888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC20). All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name.
• bat2888 does not accept deposits from credit cards or any payment method not listed in Section 4.1.
• bat2888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held for review if bat2888's risk management team identifies unusual activity. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but bat2888 aims to process all approved withdrawals within one (1) business day for Easypaisa and JazzCash and within three (3) business days for bank transfers.

4.4 Currency

All betting, gaming, and financial activity on bat2888 is conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bat2888 is not responsible for currency conversion costs or exchange rate fluctuations in cases where a player's bank or payment provider applies a foreign exchange charge.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

By placing a bet on bat2888, you agree that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet type or market. All bets are final once confirmed. bat2888 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player, including bets placed on incorrect markets or at incorrect stakes.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

bat2888 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets placed by players who are suspected of abusing the platform, bets placed after an event has started when in-play betting is not available, and bets placed when there is an obvious pricing error.

5.3 Void Bets

bat2888 reserves the right to void a bet if there is clear evidence of a pricing error, technical fault, or suspicious wagering pattern. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's bat2888 account balance.

5.4 HBL Pakistan Super League & Cricket

bat2888 offers extensive betting markets on HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket and international cricket featuring Pakistan. All cricket bets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules. In the event of a match being abandoned or rescheduled, bat2888's cricket betting rules — as published on the platform — will determine how affected bets are settled.

5.5 Cockfighting

bat2888's Cockfighting arena streams live bouts for wagering purposes. All Cockfighting bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to this category, which are available within the Cockfighting section of the bat2888 platform. bat2888 reserves the right to void Cockfighting bets in the event of technical streaming failure affecting outcome verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

All bat2888 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms stated at the time of the offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bat2888 bonuses are available to new or existing registered players who are at least 18 years of age and in good standing on the platform.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your bat2888 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. 10 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments & Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including liability limitations and intellectual property clauses — will continue to apply.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief before a competent court.
